Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, design, scaling, and maintenance of applications in Capillary’s Cloud CRM product.
- Contribute to the overall design and roadmap.
- Write efficient and scalable code.
- Test and debug programs.
- Suggest improvements to existing system functionality.
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Innovative and self-motivated with a passion for developing complex and scalable applications.
- 0-2 years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on algorithms and data structures.
- Strong coding and design skills using Python, Golang, Node.js, Core Java/J2EE, or any other high-level programming language.
- Prior experience with non-relational databases (primarily Redis, MongoDB), queues, etc., is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
