This policy governs refund and cancellation terms for subscriptions purchased on Classic Technology (classictechnology.in), operated by Akarvi Labs Pvt Ltd led by Akash Jadhav. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
All sales are final. Once you complete a subscription payment, refunds are generally NOT provided, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
Refunds will only be considered in these exceptional circumstances:
If your payment is processed twice for the same subscription due to a technical error.
If you are charged but do not receive access to your subscription.
If your payment method was used without your authorization.

Include: registered email, transaction ID, date, amount, reason, and supporting documents
We will review your request within 3–5 business days
Refunds are processed through Razorpay. Delays in crediting your account depend on your bank's processing time.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
