Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs refund and cancellation terms for subscriptions purchased on Classic Technology (classictechnology.in), operated by Akarvi Labs Pvt Ltd led by Akash Jadhav. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once you complete a subscription payment, refunds are generally NOT provided, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

  • No refunds after subscription is activated
  • You have reviewed plan features and pricing before purchase
  • Free tier allows you to test core features before committing
  • Payment is non-refundable unless you qualify under exceptions

2. When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds will only be considered in these exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Charges

If your payment is processed twice for the same subscription due to a technical error.

  • Report within 7 days of transaction
  • Provide transaction IDs or payment receipts for both charges
  • Refund processed within 7–10 business days after verification

Technical Error / Service Failure

If you are charged but do not receive access to your subscription.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the charge
  • Provide screenshots showing payment confirmation but no access
  • Allow up to 5 business days for investigation

Unauthorized Transaction

If your payment method was used without your authorization.

  • Report within 24 hours
  • File a dispute with your bank/card issuer
  • We will cooperate with your bank's investigation

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction with content
Unused subscription or forgot to cancel
Placement outcomes not met
Mock test scores not satisfactory
Technical issues on your end
Account suspension for violating terms
Downgrading between plans

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Auto-renewal will be disabled to prevent future charges
  • No pro-rated refund for unused portion of the cycle
  • You retain access to all paid features until expiry

5. How to Request a Refund

Include: registered email, transaction ID, date, amount, reason, and supporting documents

We will review your request within 3–5 business days

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
  • Refund method: Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking)
  • Bank processing: Additional 5–7 business days for refund to reflect
  • Confirmation email sent once refund is processed

Refunds are processed through Razorpay. Delays in crediting your account depend on your bank's processing time.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
