Eligibility Criteria for Sasken Off Campus Drive 2023
Graduates in engineering, MCA, or equivalent fields.
Experience: 0-2 years
Individuals in this role are capable of applying their extensive knowledge of their technical domain or demonstrating advanced proficiency in specific technical methodologies.
They have the ability to identify issues within existing systems and make modifications following established work protocols.
This role is operationally focused, with responsibility for completing day-to-day tasks as defined.
The individual operates under the close supervision of a Team Lead or Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Accountable for tasks such as design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and technical support within their assigned area.
Ensures on-time delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Adheres to established guidelines and checklists for all deliverable reviews and regularly communicates status reports to the team lead.
Follows relevant organizational processes.
Expected to enhance their technical competencies through participation in training, self-study, and periodic technical assessments.
