Genpact Hiring Drive – Job Description

  1. Formulate and execute an overarching recruitment strategy.
  2. Craft and revise job descriptions and specifications.
  3. Analyse jobs and tasks to articulate requirements and objectives.
  4. Create recruitment materials and post positions on relevant platforms.
  5. Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, databases, and social media.
  6. Review resumes and job applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  7. Conduct interviews using diverse recruiting and selection tools within specified timelines.
  8. Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees.
  9. Uphold HR recruiting best practices and stay informed on industry trends.
  10. Generate well-documented recruiting reports for team evaluation.
  11. Serve as a key contact, establishing influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an In-House Recruiter for US/Canada clients.
  2. Proficient in conducting various interview formats.
  3. Hands-on familiarity with diverse selection processes, including phone interviews, technical rounds, and reference checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  2. Demonstrated strong decision-making skills.
