Academic Criteria:

Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
No current backlogs at the time of registration

Trainee

Work Location:

College or Candidate’s Current Location
Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and Noida
Only candidates from Tamil Nadu or Maharashtra

Qualification:

Graduates with BSc in CS/IT/Electronics, EEE, Circuital, or BCA

Job Description:

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and experience handling international clients via phone and email.
Meet established metrics for call response, technical support, and customer service.
Provide Help Desk support for end users and Level 1/2 support of IT infrastructure and applications.
Log incidents/call tickets into the ticketing tool, monitor customer ticket queues for assignment, follow-up, and resolution.
Complete IT Service desk opening and closing checklists.
Update knowledge base with solutions for first-call or contact resolution.
Install, troubleshoot, and configure MS Outlook Client, MS Office, application software, antivirus software, Internet Explorer, and perform basic network troubleshooting.
Optionally, use remote tools like Remote Desktop support, Dame Ware/Bomgar, TeamViewer to troubleshoot and resolve issues with end-users’ laptops and desktops.
Follow up with end-users to ensure their needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Candidates should be open to working in a 24×7 shift environment.

Compensation:

CTC: 3.00 LPA
Stipend: 15k for 3 months

Service Agreement:

2 years – 2 Lakhs
