Eligibility criteria
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Antivirus, Imaging, and Patch Management solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical support role at the L1 Service Desk level (JL2A & JL3A) with a focus on voice and chat communication (no 2B).
- Serving a European client, located in Bellandur, Bangalore.
- Working in a WFO/WF (Work From Office/Work From Home) setup.
- Following a 24/7 weekly shift roster and handling international calls, with 6 working days per week.
- Resolving various technical issues such as VPN connectivity, Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors, BitLocker encryption, Microsoft Teams troubleshooting, password resets, Active Directory management, printer issues, Outlook/webmail support, add-ins troubleshooting, PST/DST (time zone) issues, BIOS configuration, drivers installation, etc.
- Familiarity with using the ping command for network troubleshooting.
- Understanding the distinction between service requests and incidents.
- Knowledgeable about SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements and the metrics involved in service delivery.
