Classic Technology is an online placement preparation platform offering mock tests, courses, AI-powered interview practice, exam pattern analysis, and study tracking tools for students preparing for campus placements at companies including TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, and others.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. Users between 13–18 years must have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your password, accept responsibility for all activities under your account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

We offer Free and Premium subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan, provide valid payment information, and understand that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All sales are final (see our Refund Policy).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including mock test questions, course materials, AI models, exam patterns, study plans, and UI/UX design — is the property of Akarvi Labs Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share any paid content. User-generated content (forum posts, chat messages) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the platform.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• •Share your account credentials with others
• •Use automated tools to access the service
• •Impersonate other users or submit false information

7. Disclaimer

Classic Technology provides preparation resources and does not guarantee placement or employment. We are not affiliated with TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, or any other company mentioned on our platform. Company names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely for reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

Akarvi Labs Pvt Ltd and Classic Technology shall not be liable for placement or interview outcomes, exam score accuracy, content errors, data loss, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behaviour. You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. No refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
