Eligibility Criteria

  • A Bachelor’s degree is a requirement for this position.
  • Candidates with a degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems are given priority, although candidates with other degrees will also be considered.
  • Previous experience in a relevant field is not typically necessary.
  • Having previous experience in IT Server, Network, and/or PC Support, or IT customer support will be an added advantage.


  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of servers and network devices on the edge (such as desktops, laptops, MDM platform, MACs) and associated systems.
  • Ensures that all installation, repair, and maintenance processes adhere to company policies, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Assists in the selection of appropriate software to meet user needs and requirements.
  • Performs troubleshooting of software and hardware failures, as well as identifying and resolving network issues specifically related to servers, desktops, laptops, MDM platform, and peripheral equipment.


  • Prepares desktops and laptops for deployment by imaging devices and conducting thorough testing to ensure proper functionality.
  • Ensures seamless integration of Thin Client and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) devices with file servers, mail servers, and other relevant systems.
  • Takes the lead in setting up and configuring hardware and software for new team members as the primary analyst.
  • Assists in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of computer and user objects within the active directory.
  • Configures user access to basic Local Area Network (LAN) services, including setting up email accounts for new team members and removing access for terminated team members.
  • Constructs and configures the necessary infrastructure that supports LAN services under appropriate supervision.
  • Addresses routine technical issues related to desktop/laptop hardware, such as replacing peripheral equipment in case of failure, resolving basic software corruption in Microsoft Operating Systems, and troubleshooting installed software.
  • Ensures that technical issues are resolved effectively by delivering replacement equipment as instructed.
